HELICAL CONCEPT
The helical design is the concept which lets the development of a relatively low strength over a wide area, giving as a result a very high total strength applied on the cable, but avoiding punctual stresses. This extraordinary result is obtained by giving the rod an internal diameter that is a little lower than the external diameter of the cable or conductor, where the PREFORMED™ product will be installed. And this is the way how the strength is created. The principle PREFORMED™ combines a maximum holding power with minimum problems in the long run, because it reduces the fatigue problems due to concentrated efforts applied on one single point.
